During the round table leaders presented their organization, exchanging experience and discussing current problems and future perspectives.

Round table participants noted the need for close collaboration and the intensify cooperation of Centers with the NATO Information and Documentation Center in Ukraine as the main prerequisites for increasing the efficiency of their activities.

In the issue of consultations, all parties achieved consensus on the advisability of an appeal to NATO Information and Documentation Center in Ukraine to enable organizations to present their achievements to NATO Public Diplomacy Division for recognition of their activities in Euro-Atlantic integration under the requirements of public informing and to obtain relevant certificate.

Round table participants agreed to address next proposals to the NATO Information and Documentation Center in Ukraine: given the need to improve the efficiency of activities for public informing and recognition of qualifications for holding public informing work, to begin the process of certification of the Centers by the NATO's Public Diplomacy Division; the NATO Information and Documentation Center in Ukraine to come in between the Centers and the NATO Public Diplomacy Division for a presentation the Centers activities in the NATO Headquarter and to be a coordinator of the Centers certification process by the NATO's Public Diplomacy Division.
