The article considered relationship NATO with countries in partnership framework. The effectualness of instruments of the partnership, variety of goals and partners, enlargement of participation in NATO’s transformation are examined. On the base of this analyze, came to the conclusion about necessity of reformation NATO’s partnership. The basis criterions of reformation are determined. The approaches to reformation and optimal direction of realization are offered.
